Returns

Since we are a very small business and don’t have the capacity to hold stock, our socks are printed on demand when you place an order. We work with a company in Georgia, USA, that prints, packs, and ships our socks. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

After Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. We’ll review your order and forward it to our partner, who will print the socks. Once the order has been shipped, we’ll receive a confirmation and a tracking number, which we’ll send to you. You can then use the tracking number to follow your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

Claims

Even though our print provider has a thorough, multi-step quality control process before shipping your order, mistakes can happen. If there’s an issue with your socks, please reach out to us and include photos so we can address the matter with our print partner. We pride ourselves on happy customers because we’re helpful and resolve any problems that might arise.

Exchanges

Since our Historical Socks are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges. All socks are printed specifically for your order, and we do not keep any stock.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase. Once they’ve entered production, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Shipping

Our print provider is based in the USA, and most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays, shipping may take longer due to high demand. Once shipped, your order is in the hands of USPS, which can sometimes be quick but may occasionally take longer. Typically, delivery takes about a week.

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • USA: Standard shipping 2-5 business days – $4.79 + $1.90 per additional product.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

  • Canada: 10-30 business days – $9.19 + $4.19 per additional product

  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days – $8.39 + $3.80 per additional product

If your order is a gift, we recommend ordering well in advance, as postal services can sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

International Orders

We’re happy to have customers from all over the world! If you’re ordering from outside the USA, please allow 10–30 business days for delivery. While we process and ship orders promptly, postal services in different countries may take additional time. There are no hidden fees, such as customs duties. The price you see at checkout is the total you’ll pay.
